CCAT Training Services

We appreciate that the effective use of your computer and software systems often requires additional training for your associates. We therefore offer both, customized training services and structured courses, to meet your requirements. Training at your office is offered at our standared consulting rate, $105 per hour.

The following are structured courses that many of our clients have found to be highly beneficial.

Peachtree Accounting
Peachtree by Sage, 2011 a full 3-day course (9am-5pm) on utilizing the system from top to bottom. You will learn how to set up a new company and establish a chart of accounts. Learn how to add and maintain customers, vendors, employees, inventory, and jobs. You will also learn about day to day processes such as paying bills, running payroll checks, entering and printing invoices, posting deposits. Learn to generate valuable business reports, and even how to customize them to meet your needs! Please call for scheduling.

Peachtree Payroll
Peachtree Windows Payroll a 1-day comprehensive course on payroll. You will learn how to set up your payroll, set up a 401-K plan, run payrolls and produce reports. Various payroll taxes and their due dates are discussed. Please call for scheduling.

Custom Reports
Custom Reports and Form Design A full day, from 9 am to 5 pm, of tips and help in forms design for Peachtree for Windows. Learn how to customize your reports, forms and financial statements within the Peachtree for Windows program. Add logos to your invoices and obtain additional information from your ledgers. If Peachtree cannot produce the report you need, learn how to transfer your Peachtree data to a spreadsheet application for further manipulation. Please call for scheduling. This is NOT a spreadsheet class.
General Accounting
Basic Accounting Principles. A one day class, from 9am to 5pm, loaded with useful accounting information. Learn the basics of accounting by actually creating a manual set of books. Create the debit and credit entries in journals for checks, deposits, receivables, payables and common journal entries such as bank service charges. Reconcile a bank account manually to see what's really happening with cash. Create a general ledger and financial statements from your journals. Great for beginners, as a refresher for intermediate students or as an accounting base for managers / owners who want to know how to read their financial reports. This class is not software specific.
